On January 18, 2022, the Québec Ombudsperson presented a brief to the Committee on Culture and Education concerning Bill 9 – Act respecting the National Student Ombudsman.

On September 30, 2021, Québec Ombudsperson sent the Committee on Citizen Relations a brief about Bill 101, Act to strengthen the fight against maltreatment of seniors and other persons of full age in vulnerable situations as well as the monitoring of the quality of health services and social services.
In a letter sent to the Committee on Labour and the Economy on September 23, 2021, the Québec Ombudsperson commented on Bill 100, Tourist Accommodation Act.
In a letter sent to the Minister of Labour, Employment and Social Solidarity on August 26, 2021, the Québec Ombudsperson commented on the draft Regulation to amend the Individual and Family Assistance Regulation.
In a letter sent on August 2, 2021, to the Minister of Justice, the Québec Ombudsperson commented on the draft Regulation to apply the Act to assist persons who are victims of criminal offences and to facilitate their recovery.
On April 14, 2021, the Québec Ombudsperson sent a brief to the Committee on Transportation and the Environment on Bill 88, Act to amend the Act respecting the conservation and development of wildlife and other legislative provisions.
On April 14, 2021, the Québec Ombudsperson presented a brief to the Committee on Health and Social Services on Bill 83, Act respecting mainly the health insurance plan and prescription drug insurance plan eligibility of certain children whose parents’ migratory status is precarious.
