À la fin de l’enquête, si nous constatons qu’il y a eu acte fautif ou erreur, nous faisons des recommandations. Nous nous adressons aux autorités responsables afin de faire corriger la situation ou le problème dénoncé. Voici des conclusions d’enquête qui présentent le déroulement de nos interventions.
