May 24, Whistleblower Awareness Day, is a time to remember that public service integrity is everyone’s business.

Have you witnessed a serious wrongdoing within a Québec government department or agency? Don’t hold back from telling the Québec Ombudsman. With our secure form, you can do so in perfect safety, either anonymously or not.

Holding back from speaking out?

The law protects whistleblowers and prohibits reprisal. If you’re being harassed or threatened because you spoke out, you can file a complaint.

Disclosures are always handled confidentially. The Québec Ombudsman takes every possible measure to protect whistleblowers’ identity. It also protects people who cooperated in its investigations.
