File a reprisal complaint

  1. Make sure that we can handle your complaint.

    • Check that the inconveniences you are experiencing are really reprisals or threats of reprisal.
      They must be related to a disclosure, or an investigation following a disclosure, made to the Protecteur du citoyen or the Commission municipale du Québec.
      They may also be linked to a communication of information made to a person (manager, co-worker, etc.) within the public body where you work.
       
    • Contact us as soon as possible.
