
A man declares to the Protecteur du citoyen because the Ministère des Ressources naturelles et des Forêts (MRNF) doesn’t respond to his complaint.
More than six months after filing, he still has not heard any news.
Following the intervention by the Protecteur du citoyen, the MRNF did some verifications. It realized that the complaint had not yet been processed, this probably due to the prolonged absence of the person responsible for the file.
The MRNF quickly processed the complaint and followed up with the citizen.
The Public Service Statement of the MRNF is accessible online (in French). It indicates, in particular, that the MRNF engages themselves to process the complaints within 20 business days or less, for 80% of the complaints received.
