Québec City, September 25, 2025 – On Thursday, October 2, 2025, Marc-André Dowd, the Ombudsperson, will release the findings of the 2024-2025 Annual Report of the Protecteur du citoyen.
The press conference will be held at 12 noon in Salle Evelyn-Dumas 1.30 of Édifice Pamphile Le May (1035, rue des Parlementaires). It may be viewed online on the assnat.qc.ca website.
Journalists who are members of the Press Gallery (or who will have obtained Press Gallery credentials) may obtain the report UNDER EMBARGO at Salle Evelyn-Dumas 1.30 of Édifice Pamphile Le May (1035, rue des Parlementaires) the same morning, between 8:30 and 9:30 a.m. Dave Charland, Deputy Ombudsperson Public Integrity, Assunta Gallo, Deputy Ombudsperson User Services and Special Mandates, and Tania Roussel, Deputy Ombudsperson Citizen Services, will be on hand and can answer technical or comprehension questions.
