Can I go back to edit a section of the online form that is already filled in (before sending it)?

Yes. As long as you have not sent the online complaint form, you can go back to the preceding section by clicking on PREVIOUS STEP to edit the fields or add information.

At STEP 4 (confirmation), the entire completed form is displayed. You can still edit the entries for any of the steps and save your changes before sending the form.
