Reaction to the draft Regulation to amend the Regulation respecting the application of the Public Curator Act

In a letter sent to the Public Curator on November 26, 2021, Québec Ombudsperson Marie Rinfret commented on the draft Regulation to amend the Regulation respecting the application of the Public Curator Act.

The Québec Ombudsperson welcomes this draft regulation. She made one recommendation concerning the psychosocial assessment reports for people who want to be represented temporarily. According to Ms. Rinfret, the reports should contain details about rendering of accounts.
