What recourse is there for me if the reprisal is related to my job or work conditions?

After making a disclosure, did you suffer work-related reprisal (dismissal, demotion, suspension or transfer)? Contact the Commission des normes, de l’équité, de la santé et de la sécurité du travail (CNESST) as soon as you can. You have to act within 45 days of the reprisal.
