The Protecteur du citoyen invited you to answer a short survey on the subject. Note that the survey is now closed. Thank you to everyone who responded. Your answers will enable the Protecteur du citoyen to carry out an investigation on the application of the complaint examination procedure and on the role of the student ombudsman in the various Québec school boards.

N.B.: Even though the Protecteur du citoyen cannot intervene directly regarding school boards, it has jurisdiction regarding the Ministère de l’Éducation et de l’Enseignement supérieur, which is responsible for applying the Education Act and the Regulation respecting the complaint examination procedure established by a school board stemming from the act
