Tribute to the victims of the COVID-19 pandemic

On this day of commemoration, March 11, as the Québec Ombudsperson, I join all Quebecers in paying tribute to the victims of the COVID-19 pandemic.

While the light of hope shines on the fight against the virus, we cherish the memory of the people who did not survive. Our thoughts are with those who saw them leave before their time.

All of Québec resounds with gratitude for the healthcare staff who have worked tirelessly for the past year to provide the best possible care to COVID-19 patients.
