I have an international phone number that does not match the number of boxes in the contact information section of the form. What should I do?

In the summary of your complaint (STEP 1 of the form), enter your phone number, specifying that it is an international number. Then, at STEP 2 (contact information), in the mandatory field ‘Phone number’, enter a series of ten digits (e.g. 0000000000). You will then be able to proceed to the next step.
