On May 23, 2023, Québec Ombudsman Marc-André Dowd tabled a brief with the Committee on Health and Social Services. The topic was Bill 15, Act to make the health and social services system more effective.
The Québec Ombudsman examined the draft regulations within the purview of the Ministère de l’Environnement, de la Lutte contre les changements climatiques, de la Faune et des Parcs. In a letter to the Minister, the Ombudsman commented on the proposed amendments to certain environmental regulations.
